Grandma would approve

So as I think I've shared I didn't plant anything around my house, what comes up was the hard work of previous owners.  I've been in this house I think 11 years now?  Somewhere around there and it seems almost every year something comes up that I do not remember seeing before.  This tulip popped up two days ago, this vibrant pink color that I do not remember seeing before.  Now I don't remember my grandma having tulips, she was much more into marigolds and petunias but this color.....I think if she had seen this color she would have wanted a whole bed of them.
