First time in a long time I’ve been able to read a really well written book for CPD. The weather was amazing outside and I made comprehensive notes. It’s all stuff I’ve learned before but this is a refreshing update as it quotes more recent research ideas so it fells like reading a quality, focussed revision guide. The wisteria smelled great.

I fell asleep this evening and woke on my bed at 2:30am with all the lights on and my daytime clothes still on. That’s the second time in a week that’s happened! Better management needed!
