Tulips

I bought these tulips 2 weeks ago.  Just an ordinary supermarket bunch.  Normally, we get no more than a week out of a bunch of tulips, but these (they featured in the background here) are still looking quite good.  I accidentally allowed them to dry out at one stage, and a couple of them drooped (unsurprisingly) but after I refilled their water they surprisingly perked up again.

They are now a little brown around the edges, but still look good on the table in the little dining area of the kitchen.
