Pretty pepper tops

I was chopping, splicing and dicing and whipping up a quick stirfry dinner this evening when I spotted the colorful pepper tops from the mini sweet bell peppers that were being hurled into the frying pan.

What's interesting, in a super geeky way, is that one of my favorite soups growing up was --- get ready -- Campbell's Pepper Pot soup. (it's not sold anywhere out here, that I can tell.) And, I just realized that pepper top is an anagram of pepper pot. (see, I said it was geeky)
