Messy Tuesday preparation

I made lemon meringue pie (the lemon bit) and added it to the tartlet bases, so tasty. I'd rather have a lemon dessert than a chocolate any day. I made the egg whites into meringues, piped and cooked them before adding them to the top of the tartlets. I though I'd be artistic and add chocolate drizzle to the tops, unfortunately I got a bit carried away and ended up with a bit of a chocolate accident......more of a chocolate bomb than a drizzle!

The wine rack is looking very sorry for itself, fortunately Tom had a wine delivery due today.
