Party Animals

Rob entertained the kids this morning with Saturday Stories, where they were all tucked up in bed and read for an hour. We then took a stroll through the park, past the half frozen duck pond and onto Pizza Express for lunch. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had eating out with the kids, they were on great form and Little D was charming the table next to us with his cute smile and winning dance moves.

We were having so much fun we lost track of time and had to race back to the house to get ready for the neighbour's party. A fifteen minute turnaround and we were back out the door and across the road for a catch up with the neighbours over a few drinks. The more children there are the less you hear from them, the 7 children entertained themselves brilliantly - and us too with their dance performance to 'Donald Where's Your Troosers'.

A late but great night. It's going to be a long day tomorrow for sure.
