Escape to the country

Today I went for a bike ride, first time I left the house/garden apart from the weekly supermarket trip and jog around the block. It was so weird to see a different view after such a long time and felt like freedom. Went on a 14 km round ride and enjoyed every minute. Hopefully I have worked off the big slice of cheesecake I had in the afternoon! Quite a few people out and about, walking dogs, on bikes and all keeping their distance and give a friendly nod and smile which is nice!
