Freshened my carpets up to day now my flat smells fresher. Went and had a sit on the seafront in the sun with my mate. And one of my tea party friends came past I have not seen her since before lockdown.

Had a phone call from the hospital today for my ECG what I was to have a couple of weeks ago but with the virus it was cancelled and they are starting to get up to date with them.
