Calm

Daughter decided to start meditating today. Couldn’t have picked a worse day to be quiet and calm as a cherry picker arrived next door. There was beeping and much noise.

We managed another long walk before the weather changed and we retreated indoors to veg in front of the tv.

(Glad to see that’ ‘Sturgie’  will extend lockdown in Scotland. I don’t feel confident that the statistics point to a relaxed lockdown yet)
