Witty rock

It was a long morning at work. One to ones with my team. Some were experiencing downs, others were on a more even keel. It will change next week, some will be steady and others down. My trouble is that I want to say things to make them feel better when what I should really do is just listen. I think I listened a bit, I hope I reassured, who knows if I helped. Ach well, we're all just doing our best :-/
