Birds of paradise

These were just outside my local mini market. I didn't have my camera so it's just a quick snap on the mobile.
Today I drove the car and went to meet a friend IN PERSON for the first time since the lockdown. We just had a cup of tea at her house, then had a walk together. It was a gloomy, cloudy day but it was so nice to have a slight change of perspective.
Some work has just come in... an urgent 1-week job. Rather badly timed, just when we are finally allowed out to play!
