Cake

I’m enjoying my holiday this week. The sun continues to shine and i spent most of the day outside. Around 4.30 I got too hot and decided to come indoors and bake a cake. I think the nation has embraced baking and crafting so much since lockdown. This was a fruit loaf - a bit burned around the edges but it will get eaten! .
