Run!

I took my lunch to the Southbank to watch the world go by. There was a publicity stunt taking place - people dressed as pots sitting on the pavement with their legs hidden then jumping up and running after joggers. Judging from the reactions I saw, this stunt was more annoying than fun. Still, it was handy for a blip.

There was a Feast meeting tonight and it was a well-attended one. There was some potential good news about the cemetery, the church and the soon-to-be empty fire station. I'm going to keep my paws crossed that all the mooted changes will come to be. One let-down is convincing the landlords of the empty shops to do something about them. We've hit a brick wall on that, but we'll keep on keeping on at them.
