Street Tree

When we moved into our house 33 years ago this tree (Eucalyptus nicholii) was a small spindly specimen. It grew far too large and caused cracking of our house but now its life is over.

I thought the colour of the dead leaves had a beautiful golden look in the afternoon sun, so hope it appears that way on the blip.
