My first haircut

This is my mother-in-law, Jan, whose just turned 88. She still comes for dinner one night a week because she's all alone and her assisted living place has everyone staying in their own rooms. They bring them their meals and come by and take temperatures but otherwise she's left to her own devices.

Tonight I gave her my first haircut. I bravely said last week that I could cut it, but the reality was much harder than I expected. I think it came out all right. She was very happy. So I'm happy.
