Erysimum “Bowles Mauve” - keeping it black

Well you learn a new technique and you can’t stop yourself. I’ve really taken a liking to black backgrounds.

It’s a good job I kept the labels as I would have never remembered what the shrub was.

This shot was taken out of doors using lighting from an LED torch. I’m making a list of “essential’ photographic accessories I need to purchase after lockdown. It’s growing by the week.

It’s Bank Holiday in London and the Red Arrows have just flown over towards Buckingham Palace. 56 days in self isolation and still smiling.
