We Raised a Glass to say Thank You

As suggested, we raised a glass to say thank you to all those who gave their lives, fought and worked so tirelessly during WWII to enable us to enjoy our freedom today.
I do wonder how we would have been celebrating the 75th Anniversary of VE Day had we not been in Covid-19 lock-down, no doubt I would be posting a photo of some kind of celebration party.  But, watching the VE  Day BBC programme at 3pm and raising a glass was the best we could do...well done the BBC...and our wonderful Red Arrows!
