the new normal....

as our President informed us today when he gave an address to the nation!  This is Emmanuel who does odd jobs around the property! 

Have the small heart monitor on today - will get it taken off tomorrow!  I had a busy day and ended up with a lovely zoom call with a couple of friends from USA (one I knew in Malawi, and the other from both Malawi and Zambia)!  Great to catch up with them!
