VE Day

75th anniversary of VE Day - and so I wanted my blip to commemorate this.  However, as my (great) Uncle Jack was a PoW in the far east - it was not yet the end of the war for my family, and many, many others. As I was pottering in the garden this morning, our next door neighbour called me over to give us a gift of scones, jam and cream, which was lovely.
