VE Day

With the Covid 19 pandemic still in full swing the planned VE Day commemorations have been toned down across the nation. In our village people came out into their front gardens to share a socially distanced tea party. It was nice to see people and, even at a distance, to socialise a little bit.

Indy, a friend from round the corner called me in late morning to tell us about a sun halo. Fortunately I was out with my camera at the time and grabbed a few pictures whilst out on a family walk.
