Hey....

What a morning, felt weird anyway but plodded on need to walk this fat off! & I will it was a decent walk but not as long as I would have liked. We went to south bay. Decided on a different view today, you have one of Scarborough trams, the grand, the spa bridge, I love this bridge :) and it was taken in the subway just off the south beach. After we went shopping and went to milo's for a coffee Dave had a lovely looking latte and a mahoosive scone and butter, I had tea and a choc orange 2 finger kit-kat only 112 calorie :) I never stopped feeling weird got home and settled and my latest abscess burst :( ouch ouch ouch! im blooming sick of them. Off to bed shortly. Will go on another walk after are evening meal. Hope your all well and not getting blown away.
