Poppy

This is a good day! I looked out the window to see our first poppy in flower. I love poppies, they are my favourite flower. It made my day. How fitting for VE Day.

I saw a few people having tea in their front gardens and some houses had flags and bunting up. Very different day to the one that was planned.

I spent the afternoon potting on some plants and tonight watched gogglebox, so love that programme!
