J is for fork, obviously !

Popped in to the Michael Craig-Martin exhibition at Winchester Discovery Centre to see his Alphabet series. This is what the bumf says 'Instead of a direct 'A is for Apple' , the relationship between the letter and image depicted is not instantly obvious and requires some guess work.' You can say that again !

I chose to photograph J as J is for Jean and there are two Jeans in the shot. The connection with fork is , we thought - and we did think long and hard , that we like eating ! Sorry if that is not poetical or philosophical enough for you . :-)
