Looks like a South Lanakshire version of a 'Mexican Stand-off'.

It's been like that for weeks!

Council waste collectors have tagged the 'recyclable' waste bins, because residents have placed non-recyclable waste in then.

Residents have made no attempt to remove the offending items from the bins.

Outcome! Bins don't get emptied.
Plus, they are starting to honk in this heat!
