Door less used

Our morning walk was via the newsagent and chemist up onto the Downs again where I saw this little used door. Maybe Silly Saturday?

A long lunch break, then Susan cleaned while I cut the grass, harvested a few beanpoles, watered and returned to the greenhouse the plants we’re hardening off. It’s going to be a bit of a shock in the next few days.

As I write, the first sourdough loaf is baking in the oven. I think the second rise has over proved. The starter was very effective anyway. Just been to have a look through the oven glass.... hadn’t collapsed!
