In which: You're Hired!

Today we have done a Professional Day in my Sixth Form: the students have come in suits and had a taster of psychometric profiling, in-tray exercises, self and group interviewing, team building projects and how tax works.

There has been quite a lot of moaning as they claim that they know how to be interviewed as they have a Saturday job at the pet shop. Sigh.

Afterwards I got to see my beautiful PP demonstrating his ICT skills at his school.

He's hired.
