A countryside walk

Its been a very hot sunny day today and we set off for a walk up into the nearby commons.  We walk along a delightful lane with a small stream and these lovely lilies growing alongside it.  It was a fairly uneventful walk as far as bird life went, we did have to stop at one point as the group of cows were coming up the lane.  It was a good walk up hills and down into valleys with some lovely views.  There weren't too many people around as there is such a choice of routes. We found a shorter route back home which was good as I had a zoom meeting arranged by The RPS on Astrophotography from home by Alyn Wallace.  It was very good and he has taken some amazing photos.  I will put it on my list of things to do.
