Sunset

I have a click and collect on Tuesday, but went down to Lidl this morning, to try to get some fresh croissants. I got the last two.  But I also managed to get an avocado and some smoked salmon, so I treated us to a gorgeous lunch of toasted fresh baguette slices with an avocado butter made with mustard, smoked salmon topped with scrambled eggs. Our favourite. 

I then strimmed the front lawn - I was shocked how brown it is under the longer grass.   I've been trying to get through the washing while the weather was nice, and then did some more sanding. 

My son and I are watching the original Terminator tonight. We paused briefly to bring in the washing (its set to rain tonight) and to take pictures of the sunset from the attic window.
