Lockdown lawn mowing....

Once cattle were fed nipped next door for the one heifer that wasn’t in calf when she was PD’d on Wednesday . She is going to the mart on Monday so had to clip all the muck off her belly and sides .
After lunch decided to get the lawns cut in case the rain that is forecast arrives. So I’ve had more than my 1 hour of exercise !
A bit of a break through tonight. The Belgian Blue cow’s calf eventually managed to suck one of the teats that works . For a wee while. Until the cow started rumbling about in the cattle crush !
Shut them back in the pen and will try again tomorrow . Fingers crossed we are getting there !
