Cooper's Hawk, take 2

I've had some confirmation that the last hawk photo I posted did seem to be a Copper's Hawk. I've been looking for it ever since to try to take a better picture, but it did not show up. Today it was starting to rain when I took Laney out for her afternoon walk, and I almost turned back to leave my camera at home, but just tucked it under my coat instead. And of course, today was the day I saw the bird again!
