Exercise

Mothers’ Day here. I spent part of the afternoon chatting with my daughter on Facetime, and in the morning my son took me for a walk- the first time I’ve been away from home for about six weeks. We didn’t go far, but it was good exercise. On the way we spotted this stationary bike, which may have been good exercise for somebody in the past.
