Such a lovely day

Wall to wall sunshine today. Spent almost the entire day in the garden. Barbecued brunch, then later tea also cooked on the bbq chicken skewers with mushroom tomato and peppers, ‘red fish’ (found in Morrisons, never tried before but was delicious) and griddled halloumi cheese. Finished off the day with gin cocktails in the gin corner.
