Wednesday walks

"So you walk every Wednesday, whatever the weather?"

"Yes, it rarely rains on a Wednesday..........."

"What's the group like?"

"Very welcoming, friendly, good fun, supportive - a very nice bunch of people"

"Sounds idyllic, are they always like that?"

"Pretty much. Of course, if you fall in the mud, someone will usually be there with a camera, or if you are struggling to pull on your waterproof trousers while torrents of hail beat down, there will be a group laughing, and the one with the camera."

"Thought you said it didn't rain on Wednesdays...............?"

PS Sun, high winds, rain and hail today. A's coat is so red that I had to partially desaturate it for this image! There was a lovely fire at the Red Lion when we arrived at the end of the walk.
