The First....!!!!

Of my favorite ‘James Galway ‘ roses...
Just this one perfect one .....although the shrub is covered now in buds......so hopefully lots and lots of ‘ballerina ‘ skirts soon...
There’s a change in the weather today...was up early and saw to the gardening bits...
And am now inside cooking up a storm...
Roast beef in the Crock...
Loin of Bacon in the pot to be glazed in the oven ..
Brown bread just out
And a Cherry & Almond Cake about to go in......( a new recipe I’ve not tried before so looking forward to seeing how it turns out)!
