Look out

Our little street returned to normal today, nothing much going on apart from the usual small everyday dramas that it seems to attract (usually involving drunks, taxi drivers, students or cyclists). I had back to back meetings until 2 then I picked the children up and came home to work. The first meeting was with a potential new client who wants an ipad app. The thing is they don't need one, it will be a waste of money. I feel obliged to tell them this. The problem is that people believe the app hype, no one explains that there are pitfalls.

Then I saw the Autism Research Centre who I've been in discussions with for a couple of years, fine people, very committed to their cause which as you might be aware is something very close to us. So a good session with them.

London tomorrow, catching up with a customer and a supplier (in a meeting together, they've never met, might be entertaining) I have not seen for a while, should be an interesting session. Well apart from the trek into London.

Most alarmingly, as soon as the children got home from school Alfie announced he had homework, got his books out and did it. This has never happened before, ever. I'm amazed.
