Rewilding Perhaps
Sunday is very sunny, however the wind is blowing from the north and the temperature has struggled to reach 10C.
The sky is blue with white cotton wool clouds.
Today’s Blipfoto shows the field directly across from us, before the Polytunnels.
The field has been left untouched for two years now and the original vegetation is making a comeback. I don’t know if this an experiment to rewild, but changes are certainly occurring.
The extra shows the book I am reading and the cover says it all. It is a very interesting subject.
Usually I would have met the farmer on several occasions and asked him about it.
Not possible when "in seclusion".
Tomorrow is the day for bin collections, but a look at the Council website shows yet another change in the type of bin to be collected.
It is a day for being in contact with friends. Everyone is well, but are concerned about BoJo’s announcements tonight.
Already Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are deciding for themselves rather than follow any slackening in the lockdown that England might be subjected to.
BoJo and his yesmen have not risen to the challenge with any great success to be proud of. Germany which has eased off a little are already experiencing an increase in numbers of new cases.
I wonder if the farmer will do Home Delivery of his various fruits and vegetables.
Stay Safe.
