Snow (Day 1830)
It was a much colder morning, with showers of snow and hail making fairly frequent appearances. Out of the cold north wind, and when the showers stopped, it was warm in the sunshine.
While my beautiful wife zoomed off to check on the horses, I went to Tesco. The shop was very quiet, which made the shopping trip almost pleasant. Back at home my irritation at the ice build-up in one of our freezers overcame me and I decanted the content into our "dog food" freezer. I then spent a little while defrosting the freezer. A combination of a heat gun and wet vac made the job remarkably quick, and the freezer was cleaned and running again in around quarter of an hour.
After lunch, HV and I took the woofers to Lyde where we got caught in a couple of fairly heavy snow showers.
