Lights on

Just as I was leaving work, I noticed a vivid blue light in a window of this building. Having talked to Bittersweet earlier about how she'd discovered so many settings on her compact that she didn't really know were there, I thought I'd put my new-found photography knowledge to the test and see if I could get a reasonable picture out of my compact in low light.

I think it worked ok, although it would have been so much better if I'd had the DSLR there. But at least I sort of know what I'm doing now.
