What's that coming over the Hill?

It was the rain.

And I was so busy looking at the unusual layered light in the sky & taking photos (which didn't do it justice) that we all got very wet and had to run home....

The beautiful "lady" Sadie the collie is joining us on dog walks for a few days. She meanders behind me slowly, whereas Jess runs far away over the fields.

I like the way that Jess is looking at me in this picture, with a sideways, slightly hang-dog glance.....
