Charging the Rolls

Online D&D, P is struggling with this a bit.  It's not the same, and although the amount of preparation work should be less as no 3D maps, meal/accommodation planning (especially if people come to ours), etc... It seems to be less rewarding for him and harder for people to talk smoothly (or even background chat/banter).
