Mother's Day

I wanted to remember my mother today...... she died when my daughter was only 18 months old.... We found this old photo of her taken by my father around 50 years ago.
She was a wonderful fun person who had time for everyone ... and her door was always open to friends or strangers off the streets.....

I miss her dreadfully ..... and my daughter has missed having a grandmother close by.....

Sometimes we do not appreciate the mother's that we have ......
