Reflecting on how much in the day I/we are. I find it difficult to channel memories or hopes for the future. It'll be odd to look back on these entries I think in the future and notice this.
Sometimes it has the sense of a healthy slowing down and an in the moment appreciation, and sometimes a dragging and an awareness of absence.
