Taste of Switzerland!

I’d seen a video online from a restaurant in Cambridge, Amelie, on how to make their flammkuechen.  They are traditionally from Alsace, and like a very thin crispy white pizza. I used to have these when living in Basel, and hadn’t realised it was so easy to make! Plain flour, water, olive oil, creme fraiche, bacon and onions. Plus a little cheese. A very tasty supper.
