New growth

I was drawn to the contrast between the vibrant fresh growth and the dark older needles in this Korean fir.

We keep getting teased by the occasional shower of rain when we could really do with several hours of the stuff. However, the stream is still running and it is west coast Scotland so surely normal water levels will be restored before too long? (Or maybe not, in this strange new world.)
