A Visitor at our Door

This is Phil Pheasant. He and his wife, Phyllis are constant visitors in our garden this year. Phil looks in our sitting room garden doors every day. Not sure if he can see himself or if he is looking for little insects. But he keeps pecking away, looking as if he is attacking another bird.

I had a windy walk on my own this morning. Later I discovered a big fallen branch in our garden.

This evening we watched the National Theatre 2018 production of Antony and Cleopatra. Not a play I know well but it was very good. The two main actors, Ralph Fiennes and Sophie Okonado were outstanding.
