Some way over the rainbow....

Got out of the office at lunchtime again today (2nd day running)! Got my blip for the day when I was out and was feeling pretty good since my quarterly reporting deadline was today and everything was finished this morning. So for once the day was going well.

Later in the afternoon I was on the phone speaking to our tax advisor when I saw the most spectacular rainbow out of the window. I rushed to the window and started clicking away while trying to get off the phone. Told her I had to go and Blip the rainbow (she must have thought I had completely lost it) and ran outside and got some more shots as it was fading.

One end of the rainbow went through the cranes in the distance and the other end went right over the top of the Blythswood Hotel. The colours were amazing. The only disappointing thing was I had the wrong lens on the camera and only had that one with me so I only managed to get a small bit of it.
