A slightly busier train this morning but still plenty of space to keep away from others, I hope they will increase the frequency of trains in line with encouraging people back in to the work place.

Work was pretty busy, and as a bonus we had free pizza and Temple Spa products. The sun was out by the time I got home encouraging me out for a short run making a small dent into the 100km run I've signed up for over the next for weeks with the Great Solo Run. Post run A came up to the park for a loop round walking.
