The base was laid yesterday, and the patio doors adjusted so they work. Then today they came and laid the top part of the step. It looks great and I will blip it at the end of week. At the moment it's covered and cordoned off, so the dogs don't walk on it while the cement is drying. This afternoon after they left, I went to town to collect prescriptions, and it was so quiet. Straight there and back, no queue. I also bought a pack of face masks. Just in case. Husband uses them all the time for work, but he won't let me have one of his....
