Gold Dust on the Lake

All around the edge of our end of Lake Geneva today was a layer of pollen. I thought it added something to the rather dull light on the Chateau de Chillon.

Lovely to walk with hibou and Josiane, and to have a social distancing drink in a café for the first time in 2 months! We were not impressed with the mask the waitress was wearing, it did not cover her mouth at all. We won't be going there again.

On the way back home I saw these two black kites (extra) in a field waiting for a tractor to pass as it ploughed the next field.
