Weed?

Tiny flowers growing on a wall in a back lane. They should not be there, so I expect that makes them a weed. Weeds as several of the walls have these same plants. 

Weather was a bit cool again today, but the wind has dropped so it feels warmer.

I had to be much more alert today. There was considerably more traffic around, so alertness was called for when crossing roads. No longer can I almost assume there are no cars, nor that I can stand in the road to take a photograph. I even noticed there was a queue outside a bank. Hardly signs of normality, but a sign there is more activity going on in the area.
